Ingredients
Vitamin D3 (as cholecalciferol), Vitamin E (as d-alpha), Vitamin K (K1 as phytonadione), Vitamin A (as beta carotene), Omega-3 Polyunsaturated Fatty Acid EPA ( Eicosapentaenoic Acid), DHA (Docosahexaenoic Acid). Other ingredients: Medium chain triglycerides and vegetable oils, natural flavors. Contains highly refined fish oil from Alaska Walleye Pollack
Directions
Store in a cool dry place. Refrigerate after opening. Can be taken straight or blended with non-heated foods or liquids for consumption. Start with 1.5 ml daily. After 2 weeks, increase to 1.5ml twice daily. Continue to increase the 1.5ml servings in 1.5ml increments every 2 weeks until reaching a possible serving of 3mls three times daily, divided throughout the day (eg. With meals). Best taken with fat containing meal or snack.
