For best results, use at least twice daily; morning and night. Made in the USA. Directions for use: 1. Remove the clear safety cap from the bottle. 2. Prior to initial use, prime the pump by holding it upright and pumping one or more times until the solution is dispensed. 3. Clear the sinus passages by gently blowing your nose prior to use. 4. Insert the nozzle into the nostril. While holding the opposite nostril closed with the opposite hand, depress the pump completely while breathing in through your nose. Spray 2-3 times in each nostril. Clean the nozzle after each use and replace the safety cap.
