Directions
Dr Robert Cathcart states that the quantity of vitamin C you can take, that makes you feel well, without getting intestinal gurgling, soft stools or diarrhea, is being used by your body. The body can’t store vitamin C, so it’s best to take many smaller doses throughout the day than one large one. Every half hour your body only has half left of the dose you took, so a dose basically runs out in about 2 hours.
