Each serving size (2 tablespoons) contains: Calcium 6 mg, Iron 0.6 mg, Iodine 100 mcg, Magnesium 3 mg, Zinc 0.6 mg, Selenium 50 mcg, Copper 0.2 mg, Manganese 0.6 mg, Chromium 100 mcg, Molybdenum 50 mcg, Potassium 18 mg, Vanadium 50 mcg. Other ingredients: Purified water, glycerin, organic sweet orange oil, citric acid, xanthan gum, potassium sorbate, organic stevia leaf extract.
Directions
As a dietary supplement, take 2 tablespoons 2 times daily with meals or as recommended by your health professional. Take a few hours before or after taking medications or other supplements. Shake well before each use. Do not drink directly from the bottle.
