In rare cases Magnesium sensitivity may occur (gastro-intestinal upset and/or headaches) - immediately reduce consumption (option: start with half a caplet per day, and slowly increase the daily dose), allowing your body time to adjust and build up to the 2 per day recommendation, or discontinue if problem persists. Migrelief+M typically provides benefits within a 90 day build-up period although many people experience benefits much earlier. To maintain benefits, continue daily use after the 90 day build-up period. Keep out of reach of children.
