Ashwagandha is native to North Africa and is very common throughout Iraq, Western India, North America, the Middle East and the Mediterranean. Ashwagandha is a branched shrub, with a height from 30 cm to 1 meter, in rare cases reaches 2.5 meters. It has dark green oval or ovoid leaves that alternate on a branch. The plant blossoms in separate, nondescript greenish-white flowers resembling bell flowers with a curved shape of fused petals. Small orange-yellow seeds are round or flat. Thin, smooth roots can grow from 30 to 40 cm in length and have a thickness of 1-2 cm

Directions
Shake well before use. Take 20-30 drops, three times a day or as directed by your practitioner. The best way to use liquid herbal tinctures is to put the suggested amount in a glass of water, tea, or juice and drink the entire contents.
